Lil Wayne, Ab-Soul, Ghostface Killah & Raekwon to Headline First Paid Dues in Four Years

After four years of silence, Paid Dues is back. The iconic west coast celebration of all things hip-hop is coming back to Southern California, with two dates scheduled for the weekend of September 16 and 17. Moving out of the Inland Empire, Paid Dues is now being pushed as a "Los Angeles Hip Hop Festival."
